General Waiver

Release of liability, waiver of claims, assumption of risk and indemnity of agreement. By enrolling as a student of Kushala Yoga Ltd. I fully understand and agree to the following: Kushala Yoga encourages you to take care when determining your (and/or your child's) ability to do the exercises offered in class or online videos. If you have any concerns whether yoga is suitable for you (or your child) or if either of you have a particular injury or condition, please consult your physician before beginning a yoga practice. 1. I hereby waive any and all claims I may have against Kushala Yoga Ltd. and its teachers, and release them from all liability and not to sue for any personal injury, death or damage to the person and property or loss sustained as a result of my (or my child's) participation facilities of Kushala Yoga or online videos produced by Kushala Yoga Ltd. 2. I understand and acknowledge that Kushala Yoga reserves the right to refuse service to anyone they deem necessary.

Online Yoga Pass Policies

Validity: Online passes are valid only for streaming video classes viewed from www.kushalayoga.com. They are not valid for attendance at Kushala Yoga's studio. Refunds: Online passes are non-refundable. Activation Date: Online passes must be activated no later than 6 months from their purchase date. Extensions and Holds: Online passes cannot be extended past their expiry date, or put on hold. Transfers: Online passes cannot be transferred to a different account owner. Sharing: Online passes may not be shared, they may only be viewed by the account owner.
